God has more than one way to supply all the needs in your life. Philippians 4:19 says, “My God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” Now you may be used to one or two streams of supply in your life, like your job or another source of income, but I want you to know that God is not limited to only those streams. He always has fresh, new ways to supply all your needs!
Consider the Scripture in Isaiah 60:6 which says, “A stream of camels will come upon you, bringing gold and frankincense, and they shall proclaim the fame of the Lord.” Now, to me, that Scripture says that you can expect God to send you a new supply in your life!
There’s an example of that in the book of Genesis, where Isaac was meditating in the field one day and his future wife, Rebekah, came riding towards him on a camel. Genesis 24:63 says that Isaac “lifted up his eyes, and saw, and, behold, the camels were coming.” If you read that whole story, you\’ll find that there was a whole train of camels following her, full of riches and gifts for her new husband (see Genesis 24:53). The camels were coming into Isaac’s life and they were bringing him a new supply from the Lord, a supply he had never seen before.
Do you need a new supply in your life today? Expect God to do for you what He did for Isaac! Start proclaiming, “The camels are coming! The camels are coming!” Praise God, by reaching out with your faith and expecting new streams of God’s supply, they can begin to flow into your life!
