I need help registering. Is there a customer service number to call? – for help registering for the virtual service, call the Canada office at (416) 485-8431, M-F, 12:00 noon – 8:00 pm EDT. Or, the U.S. number to call is 918.591.2019, M-F, 8:00 am-3:00 pm CDT.

How do I connect to the service? – upon registering, you will be given a private web page link.

Do I need a web cam? – no. The link provided will connect you directly to the online service.

I’m not able to watch the video online. May I listen in by phone? – yes. Your registration email will also give an audio only number you may use.

Will the service be available for later viewing? – yes. Your service link will allow later viewing for one week.

Can I share the video link? – this video event is free and open to all Canadian partners of Richard Roberts Ministries but we do ask each participant to register for their own link.

What do I need to participate in communion and why is communion a part of this service? –  according to scripture in 1 Corinthians 11:23-25, we offer communion in an attitude of worship, thankfulness and remembrance for the sacrifice Jesus made for us when He went to the cross. We suggest before the service begins that you gather any elements you may want to use to take communion; juice, wine, crackers, bread.
