Are You Willing to Pray and Believe for a New Life?

Lindsay RobertsFifth of five parts

What is it in your life that has you in beggar’s robes today?

Are you like Bartimaeus ― sitting in despair by the side of life’s road, hoping against hope that something or someone will have pity on you?

Today is your day to start taking action ― to become so dissatisfied with the condition that the devil has put you in that you start crying out to God with a loud, persistent cry until you get the miracle you need!

Are you in need of a physical miracle…a financial miracle…a healing in your emotions…a healing in your mind? Is there something in your family or is it something in your past that has you down? Are you wrapped up in a cloak of guilt or shame? Hear these words from the Bible: “The hour has come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed. The night is nearly over; the day is almost here” (Romans 13:11, 12, NIV).

Let’s pray together for this to be the day in which your deliverance begins:

Heavenly Father, I come to You in the Name of Jesus and I ask You to hear my cry. I don’t want things in my life to go on as they are. I want You to come into my life, into my situation and to work the miracle that only You can work. I trust You to do that, and I make a decision today to cry out to You for this miracle until I receive Your answer. I cast off my beggar’s robes right now. I’m settled in my mind and heart as of this moment and this prayer, that I’m never going back to the way things have been. I’m expecting a change in my life and in my circumstances. I’m expecting old things to become completely NEW. I pray this in the Name of Jesus. Amen.
