Don’t Miss the Pass

Richard Roberts

He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith. – Romans 4:20

Did you know that God has a miracle with your name on it? But if you are not in position to receive that miracle, it might pass you by.

It’s like a receiver on a football team who plans to run a certain route for his play, and along the way is bumped from that course by a defensive lineman. The ball has already been released by the quarterback, but if that receiver is not in position by the time the ball arrives, he’s going to miss the pass, and the touchdown will not be scored.

Similarly, you need to get in position to receive from God. The most important position you can get into is a position of faith. Abraham was 99 years old when God spoke to him and said, “You and your wife Sarah are going to have a child.” Abraham did not waver in his faith. He believed God and in time, he received his miracle.

You must get in position with your faith. You must decide that you are going to believe what God has spoken in your spirit. Then you will be ready when your miracle comes and it will not pass you by.
