Can you honestly say, “I am making good choices in my life?” Are you making good choices in what you think, in what you believe, in your giving and receiving, in your faith, and in your joy? Have you made the choice to serve God with your whole heart, your soul, your mind, your strength, and with every fiber of your being? Or do you need a spiritual tune-up?
The Bible says in Joshua 24:15 NKJV, Choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve. I’ve made the decision that for me and my household, we will serve the Lord. We will serve Him with our hearts, our minds, our finances, our thinking, our joy, our attitude — with every fiber of our being. And we won’t change our decision.
James 1:8 tells us, A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.1Kings 18:21 NKJV says, How long will you falter between two opinions? We’ve got to make a choice about our thinking, about our believing, and about everything God has called us to do.
Today is a good day to decide to make the choices that the Lord would want you to make. And you can expect God to turn your situation around because you’re making that decision. Here is a powerful confession for you to say:
“In Jesus’ name, I’m going to be a good believer. I’m going to be a good giver. I’m going to be a good receiver of everything the Lord has for me. I’m going to be a person full of joy. I’m going to be a person full of praise and worship. No matter what comes my way, I choose for me and my household to serve God completely!”
