Psalm 105 begins with these words: “O give thanks unto the Lord: call upon his name: make known his deeds among the people.” Today is a good day to recall what Jesus has done and continues to do for us and for declaring that Jesus is our freedom.
Jesus FREES us from sin and eternal judgment. He is our Savior. (See Titus 2:14.)
The Lord FREES us from the oppression of the devil. He is our Deliverer. (See Psalm 18:2.)
The Lord FREES us from sickness, pain, and death. He is our Healer. (See Exodus 15:26.)
The Lord FREES us from poverty and its despair. He is our Provider. (See Genesis 22:14.)
The Lord FREES us from the devil’s snares. He is our Defender. (See Psalm 89:18.)
The Lord FREES us from weaknesses, fears, insecurities, and inadequacies. He is our Helper. (See Hebrews 13:6 and Psalm 27:1.)
The Lord FREES us from the grip of death. He is our Life. (See John 14:6.)
Yes, the Lord Jesus is our freedom! He is the Source of our true freedom and the One Who keeps us free. Praise Him today!
