It is said that when Walt Disney considered a big project, he would go before his Board of Directors and wait until they said, “Walt, it’s impossible.” Only then would Walt say, “Oh, I’m so glad you said that. Let’s do it! Let’s do it!” Whenever Walt Disney had something to do that people told him was impossible, something rose up in him and he said, “Then let’s do it!”
That’s the way I want to be for God. I want to be so strong for God that I expect the impossible. Do you know that God can bring the impossible—what seems to be the impossible—into your life? Do you know that Lazarus was dead and buried and that it seemed impossible for him to come back to life? But Jesus said, “Roll the stone away,” and He called Lazarus forth.
God can take your impossible situation and turn it completely around, for with God all things are possible.
I know this because there was no way for my father, Oral Roberts, to found, and build Oral Roberts University. He had no money, no land, no faculty, no building, and no students. Yet God anointed him to do it.
God specializes in the impossible. The Bible says, If two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven. (Matthew 18:19).
