If the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwells in you. — Romans 8:11
When you accept Christ as your Savior, the very same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead dwells in you! Jesus was beaten beyond recognition, crucified, and left in the tomb for three days. He was beyond all natural hope, yet the Holy Spirit raised Him back to Life!
Today you may find yourself facing circumstances that are beyond all natural hope, but the same Spirit that raised a dead man from the ground dwells in you! And the Scripture says that He doesn’t just live in you; He’s there to quicken – or make alive – everything in your life!
What’s dead in your life today that needs to be quickened and brought back to life? If you have dead finances, the Spirit of God can quicken them. If you’re struggling in your marriage, your family, or your physical body, the same Spirit that quickened Jesus can quicken whatever is broken! Apply the Word to the situation, sow your seed, and expect a miracle.
God sent Jesus to the Cross to die for us, and then He left us this assurance: The same Spirit which delivered Jesus from the dead is placed inside each and every one of us. Everything it took to raise Jesus from the grave dwells inside of us to quicken our situation and bring it back to life!
