Your Attitude Affects the Outcome

Lindsay Roberts

No matter what kind of situation you are facing today, your attitude can be a huge factor in what the outcome will be.

It seems to be so easy to slip into a bad attitude. It’s amazing to me how quickly things can change and before we even realize it, we find ourselves in the middle of a bad attitude and perhaps not even know how we got there.

Proverbs 17:22 says, “A merry heart does good like a medicine.” I believe we can decide to obey the Bible and to have a merry heart. I believe when the opportunity presents itself, we can make a choice to go into agreement with the negative situations around us, or we can go into agreement with the Word of God.

Jesus told us that we would have problems in this world. But, He said, “Be of good cheer; I have overcome the world” (John 16:33).
