A young woman was led of God to move to a distant city to get a new job. When she announced her resignation at work, everyone told her how much they’d miss her. Then someone asked, “Do you have any family where you’re going?”
“No,” she said.
“Do you have any friends there?”
“No.”
Do you mean you’re going all by yourself?”
“No,” the young woman said with a smile. “I never go anywhere alone. God will be with me.”
God has promised, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee (Hebrews 13:5). You never go anywhere or do anything alone because God’s Word says He is always with you.
