Lindsay RobertsFourth of four parts

Calvary covers every sin, every shortcoming, every failure that I may have. I may slip, and I may fall, but I know that I’m not guilty anymore, and I know that I’m forgiven.

It doesn’t matter that the devil whispers in your ear in the midnight hours and tells you that you’re not good enough and you’re not worthy enough.

Don’t let Calvary be wasted for you. It worked. Jesus did enough! God is not going to send another Savior. He has already sent Him. The only time Jesus is going to come back is when He parts the sky and comes to carry us all up into the clouds with Him. He has done His part!

Are you going to let that be wasted, or are you going to say, “No devil! I have an Advocate who is in heaven, and He went to the Cross for the remission of my sins. I’m not guilty anymore. All things became new when Jesus washed away our sins.”

It is time to go back to the common union, the oneness with Jesus Christ. If you are haunted by something, bury that ghost, and leave it there. Isaiah 43:18˗19 says, Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing: now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.

Father God, in the name of Jesus, I believe that Calvary worked. Now, friend, from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet, let the love of Jesus infiltrate you. Have fellowship with Him, have communion with Him. I believe that Calvary was a miraculous, divine time — that Jesus went into the depths of hell, took the keys to the kingdom, and said, “Because I live, you shall live also.” In the name of Jesus, let the joy of the Lord burst forth inside you and have new and abundant life, new strength, new peace, new joy, and new meaning. Amen.
